Delivery
Orders are prepared from Monday to Friday, with the exception of public holidays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed on the following Monday.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout as the order is confirmed and they vary depending on the shipping destination. Please select your shipping destination from the list of countries upon checkout. Custom duties and other local taxes may be required and shall be attributed to the customer.
Free shipping to Italy is offered on all orders.
Items are delivered to the address given by the customer when placing the order; no further change of the delivery address is allowed after the order is confirmed.
NB: Fragrances are flammable products. Their transportation is subject to strict regulations, as they must be dispatched as dangerous goods. Due to this strict transport regulation, shipping costs are more expensive.
Returns
We accept returns for all unopened products within 14 days of the delivery date. Upon reception of your order, we invite you to use the trial sample included in the parcel.
We can accept returns only if the protective sealing is fully intact and if the product is in perfect condition. We reserve the right to deny returns if the products show signs of opening and/or use.
Discovery set cannot be returned.
