Shipping
Orders are prepared Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed the following Monday.
Shipping charges are automatically calculated at the conclusion of the order and vary by destination country. Please select your destination country from the list on the check-out page. Depending on the country of destination, payment of customs charges and local taxes may be required, which will in any case be borne by the customer.
Shipments are free throughout Italy.
It is not allowed to change the shipping address after the order has been completed.
NB. Perfumes are flammable products and their shipment is regulated as they are dangerous goods. Because of these strict regulations, our shipping costs are higher.
Returns
We accept the return of unopened product within 14 days from the date of delivery. Once your order is received, you are invited to test the purchased fragrance with the corresponding sample included with your order.
Returns are accepted only if the protective film is intact and the product is still in its original packaging and condition. The return request may be denied if the product is found to have been opened and/or used.
Discovery set returns are not accepted.
